Completed:
1. Some titles have been done to some clips.
2. The front portions have been closed on the gaps there.
3. “Tokyo?” expression / side by side.
4. Trimming some clips.
5. Switched the sequence of scene 4
a. Movie Marathon comes before Montage.
i. REASON: It shows a flow of emotions – Chloe gave Isaac hope and slowly brought him down and he feels disappointed.
6. Scene 5: We have trimmed to -> Chloe continues her chatting on the phone and once she walks away from the bed we immediately cut to the part where they sigh (refer to project)
Incomplete:
1. Sound Effects
2. Visual Effects
3. Dubbing/Voice Over
4. Audio (Opening and Ending Songs)
5. Titles, Credits and Subtitles (for Chinese dialogues)
6. Sequence:
a. Scene 19: show Romeo messaging then Isaac receiving a message.
b. Scene 20-22: Birthday scene > Takashimaya scene > Hannah toss and turn + cry.
c. Scene 22 (Takashimaya): Reshoot of Hannah’s expression when she is talking to Isaac about the rose issue. Reshoot of Isaac’s expression.
Pending Issues:
1. Reshooting close ups on Hannah
a. The main focus of this story is on Hannah. This is a Hannah story and we feel that there should be more focus on Hannah, to show her emotions that has been evolved.
2. Reshoot of Hannah holding on the Hannah that Isaac has given Chloe
a. ERROR: The hand position is wrong. Hannah used two hands to hold the address, but single shot shows only one hand.
3. Intention to shoot the cup of water that drops to the ground.
a. HOW?
i. CU on cup drop to the ground to mid-air.
ii. CU on Hannah’s expression upon seeing Isaac on in clinic room.
iii. Angle on Hannah picking up the cup.

New Post-Production Schedule
This can be found in the email that I've sent Serene minutes ago.
Personal Report for Post-Production: Video Editing
On 6th July, we were not able to enter Vista. Jose emailed to say that we have to email them 3 working days in advance. Geraldine emailed Serene the post-production schedule on Thursday. And therefore, we loaned Mac Book Pro so that our schedule would not be held back. We also heard that during the weekends, Vista will not be opened.
On 7th July, we heard someone cancelled the appointment today. Mandie and Geraldine met out to digitize. While digitizing we deleted the whole of what we have captured on Friday night. Then we start to digitize again. Geraldine brought home to digitize.
On 8th July, Geraldine started digitizing from 12.30pm and then at 1.45pm while she was trying to delete the trash can, she accidentally deleted all the files from the tape. This has caused extreme trauma. But fortunately by 4.30pm, all the tapes have been successfully digitized.
For your information, the schedule above has been subjected to changes due to the different situations that we face during post-production. The edited schedule is reflected below, the grey portions are tasks that have been completed:

Things we have overlooked
Few issues we have overlooked during the last day of our shooting
and we haven't managed to discuss it today during our discussion.
So I will bring it up now, and everyone thinks through what to do next
1) There is one more scene where Isaac should run out of the house
when he recalls all the beautiful memories with Hannah. We haven't managed to film that.
2) Last scene - Birthday scene. It is quite badly done which I believe everyone agrees. So we should wait for Mandie and Geraldine to finish digitizing the rushes and confirm again whether we should re-shoot that scene.
3) The Interviews with Public. It is the idea I have brought up where we will be interviewing the Public about their opinions about Love and it will appear after the whole broadcast of the film to provide more value for our short film. We haven't managed to film that too. Do you girls still want it? Let me know again.
Hope it will not add on too much problems for you girls!
Because I hope to solve all these before we can really peacefully proceed
to the next stage, yeah?

Our Short Film
It is a short film that has a light-hearted plot, with a tinge of intense emotion being evoked. It also explores the behaviors of human’s nature and hopes to relate the audience with the story. We wish to convey the message that unrequited love is not always about the couple, it also applies to people around them like true friends. True friends do anything to make a friend happy and blessed, even to the extent of sacrificing their own happiness. Through this film, we hope to convey the message that there are different perspectives of the society and how the cause and effect create an impact on us. We hope that this question would dawn on our audience after watching our film - “With regards to love, are humans selfless or selfish?”
Website
The main aim of the website is to project the short film that has been split into a few episodes. It is also the only medium where the audience can vote for the alternative endings of the short film as their desired choice. We will only publish the last episode with the highest vote on the website; this is the viewers’ choice. A forum will be set up for the audience to discuss about the “realm” of love, and perhaps talk about their experience. This creates interactivity between the webmaster and the users. It also helps to promote the film by providing the audience with more information about our film. Some examples are the synopsis and the profile of the casts, as well as updates of our clips. Besides having the short film shown, the website serves as an entertainment for our audience. Value added options have been designed for the audience, for example, wallpaper downloads and shopping preferences (we will provide information on the casts’ wardrobes).

ALALALALALALALA!
Woooo Hooo!!
Today marks the last day of shooting for our FYP,
and upcoming week would be the start of our editing plus website constructing work!
the most un-forgetable shooting day for me is today's.
(actually, all the shooting days are meaningful and un-forgetable to me lah.)
it's all our hard work, time, effort, and sweat, and 'tears-if any =x)
we film-ed our last scene which was the birthday party of Chloe's at RP's Cafe Galilee.
It was extra-different from our usual shooting sessions; Library's security guards plus staffs came to 'chase' us out of the library at around 1pm.
wah, lucky we perservered to the end and finished our last last last shot!
omg, was so cool lah!
and something I have to compliment to our casts.
All their acting skills has improved, really really!
I feel so proud of them and of cause my fellow team-mates (including myself) lah!
hahaha =p
I think our flexibility skill, team-work has improved alot also.
this FYP is really a 'good' learning experiences for all of us.
Ok I have to say something;
luckily we have already started carrying equipments around the school compound when were in year 2.
so we are all kinda 'well-trained' when we are in year 3 doing this fyp.
but my body is still aching right now.
hahahahahaha!
someday i'll post some INTERESTING PHOTOS that i took during all our shooting sessions over here. wah i'll miss photography, i'll miss shouting 'CUT!'. i'll miss holding the broom mic also.
Sorry if i were too 'loud and fierce today' during filming.
i'm harmless. HAHAHAHAHA!

it's been a long time
It has been a long time since I last post an entry at blogger.com!
Blogger.com has changed alot .. lol =X
quite off-track
anyway
yesterday we went to shoot for our establishing shots
it went quite successful and
weather was on our side too, only too hot lar!
Shooting without hamburger, tripod, reflector was so much easier!!
And yes, thank-you mandie and geraldine that came back to return
the equipments. =)
hope my first entry will manage to inspire you girls to blog!
